Alethiads (“Alethiads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides header bidding management and auction analytics services for digital publishers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — both when you visit alethiads.com (the “Site”) and when our platform processes data on behalf of publisher customers.
Information we collect on this Site
- Information you provide. If you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email address, company, and anything you include in your message or scheduling request.
- Usage and device information. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, referring pages), and Microsoft Clarity for session replays and heatmaps that show how visitors interact with pages. We use HubSpot to manage demo requests and, once you submit a form, to associate your visits with your contact record. Visitors in the EU are asked for consent before any of these analytics cookies are set.
- Session replay. We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors interact with the Site — including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and pages viewed — through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. - Email link identifiers. If you visit the Site from a link in one of our emails, the link may include an identifier that lets us associate your visits — including later return visits — with your contact record in our CRM and with the analytics and session replay tools described above.
- Cookies. The analytics and HubSpot tools above set cookies to recognize repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works without them.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and other inquiries.
- To operate, analyze, and improve the Site and our services.
- To send communications you have requested; you can opt out at any time.
- To protect the security and integrity of our Site and services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data processed by the Alethiads platform
When publishers use the Alethiads platform on their websites, our technology processes advertising auction data — such as bid requests, bid responses, ad identifiers, IP addresses, and page context — on behalf of, and at the direction of, those publisher customers. In that context the publisher is the data controller and Alethiads acts as a service provider / data processor. The publisher's own privacy policy governs data collected on its properties; questions about data collected on a publisher's site should be directed to that publisher.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run our business (such as Google for analytics, Microsoft for session replay, HubSpot for scheduling and CRM, and our cloud hosting providers), under agreements that restrict how they may use it. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
